Musician Visits His Old Music Teacher After Album Launch

Congratulations to ex-student George who visited us yesterday! His band 'George Sanders and The Parallels' were signed last year by Australian record company, Golden Robot Records, and his EP ‘Hope Hotel’ is out today!

Miss Ware said: “It was great to see George again. He’s made such a success of himself, being so resilient through the years. We’re so proud of him and wish him the best success!”

George said: “It was brilliant being back at King John. It’s a great school and the staff, especially Miss Ware, were always so supportive of the Arts during my time as kid there! It’s great to see that is still the case.  I hope other kids can be inspired by our story… it’s awesome to see the word ‘Resilience’ up everywhere as that’s what it takes!”
