During Year 8 student will continue to build on their educational experience of Year 7 and extend their knowledge by studying an extensive variety of subjects. Students will have settled in to the routines of the school and their confidence will have grown.
Along with the academic work that needs to be done a number of opportunities are available for students to take up to widen their school experiences and develop as a person. There are many extra-curricular activities that students can get involved in which include music, drama, dance shows and a multitude of sporting activities.
There are many responsibilities that can be undertaken ranging from tutor group representatives, sports captains, charity reps, student voice and buddies for year 7 pupils.
There is an end of year reward trip for students who have met our expectations.
