Why Choose Critical Thinking?

Entry Requirements

Students should have achieved a good grade at GCSE English Language.  Students need to be able to read and comprehend complex passages at speed.

Course Details

Critical Thinking aims to improve the thinking skills of students.  They are taught how to evaluate the arguments of others and to construct logical arguments of their own.

It is different from all other subjects because there is no coursework and no subject content.  There are two examination papers that are entirely skills-based.

Higher Education and Career Opportunities

Critical Thinking skills are important for anyone intending to pursue higher education but it is particularly recommended for those intending to study Law or Medicine.
