To start with, you must Download Windows Movie Maker 2 from Microsoft.  Make sure you have the latest version of this software.  Once you have Windows Movie Maker up and running, you may also find that you have to download Windows Media Encoder (also a free download from Microsoft) if the sound runs too quickly.
